My issue was fixed nicely ..thanks to ahmed sareef for looking finding root cause and resolving rhe issue..he is well aware of his job and would recommend him to anyone too..

Prior to that, I've sent in video and photos to the so called electrician that my ceiling fan is not functioning. I was hoping it can fixed on the day itself. But sadly to tell that the electrician took long time to check here and there, and ended up told us that he need to come another day to fix it as he has other appointment.

We had no choice but to pay a fee charged @ RM190, yet the issue not been resolved. What worse is my water heater now can't turn on after the so called electrician touched the main DB box. After the payment, they did not even take initiative to contact us to fix our ceiling fan that he promised us earlier.

Truly disappointed on this kind of service!! I have no confident in looking for service in recommend.my anymore.

I had a no show the day before, this plumber told me what time he was coming, notified me the he was on his way. Came and fixed the leaking pipe!
