This company sub-contracted to other company. The service was ok but the electrician kept insisting to pay him directly since Recommend will take a portion of the service fee and he would now make much from the service. I am not comfortable with it so I proceeded with paying through the app. Will not hire this company again

Responsive to messages. Punctual. Patient to test for leakage before leaving site. Can only quote during site visit (understandable), however not transparent with price breakdown as they'll just provide a lump sum, so you have to keep pressing for an itemised bill (communication barrier means they'll keep thinking you're asking for refund or warranty, and they'll dispute over why I didn't reject the quote on-site). If you're short on time, you might feel pressured to accept the quote there and then. They'll also request deposit via bank transfer instead of using Recommend Pay.

Very expensive and not recommended. Worker unable to provide quote even with picture and clear description provided. Instead, giving excuse need to perform site inspection. Then, charge at premium price on-site. Imagine paying RM250 to just change a water tap. Be alert and stay away from this company.
