The work quality just wasn't up to par compared to other previous vendors. They were asked to help changed the bed sheets, instead they put the new sheets to wash. They missed nooks and crannies when it comes to cleaning. Things were moved during cleaning and not placed back.
late for 1hr +, didn't follow my guide that scan QR code while driver coming in, this cause security need to call me for approval while i'm in a meeting.
i had create QR code for the driver to scan hence security no need to called and get verbal confirmation if follow my guide.
if i unable to answer call then they are not allow enter in to perform their job already.
still wondering to try another vendor see how to compare because not yet satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the delay of over one hour and the failure to follow the QR code entry instructions, which caused unnecessary disruption during your meeting. This should not have happened. We take this seriously and will address it internally to prevent recurrence ASAP!!
Very bad service.
Not punctual at all. 4:00pm become 6:00pm.
Had trouble communicating and makes me wait for a long time before informing. Didnt tell me details to enter the house registration. Cleaning is so okay okay only. Cleaner work since morning and tired so cleaning was mediocre. Not recommended at all Hansa Resources. Please terminate from the apps. Very very regrettable

We truly regret the delay, poor communication, and the inconvenience caused, especially the change from the scheduled 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM without timely and clear updates. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the cleaning quality and understand your disappointment. This is not the standard of service Hansa Resources aims to provide, and we take your comments very seriously. Please be assured that we will investigate this matter internally, including punctuality, communication, and staff deployment, to ensure this does not happen again. Your feedback will be used to improve our service and retrain our team accordingly. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and regret caused. I left the unit to the two maids for cleaning. They mentioned that 4 hours was not enough and requested an additional hour. However, after the cleaning, I noticed there were still stubborn stains that were not properly cleaned. It seems they did not put in much effort, as it looked like they only gave a simple wipe using basic cleaning products.
I’m not satisfied with the service, especially since I was able to remove the stains myself afterward.
Responsive vendor and the cleaners are professional. This is our first time and we will definitely continue to engage them.
