Mr Poh came on time. He suggested that one of the air-con doesn't need a chemical wash, just normal cleaning will do, hence I have saved some money. I am happy with his service and his honesty; not like some other air-con man that tries to get you to spend as much as possible. He cleans all air-con units thoroughly.
