Atta ull hayee 💯 very good service He did my job very well. I am very happy with his work. I called one or two contractors for this work. They said that its motor is broken. It cannot be repaired. When I used to turn it on, the lights in my whole house would go off. But as soon as this contractor checked it, he understood it and reassured me that it would be fixed for very little money and he finished the whole job in 20 minutes. He spoke very well. He is also friendly and knows his job very well. I will tell my friends about him.
Atta is friendly and fast to respon. He came early with his own tools. Irequested to check and repair 2 fans (ceiling), he checked and did some adjustments but in the emd both fans were said broken. I already bought pne ceiling fan (new) to replace one of the fans, he assembled them and install. However, the new fan did not work as well. When he was installing it, the main switch suddenly auto turned off. He helped me to take video of proof for me to request refund from online seller. His price in recommend is quite reasonable, but in actual he charges separately for checking, for taking down and dismantled and for installation. Overall i paid RM120 in recommend and another RM300+ direct transfer, he gave some discounts but this is quite expensive for me. But i appreciate the prompt response, he came early, friendly.

This is worst experience in all my aircond servicing services.
1) he did not come on time and was late without prior notice
2) he did not bring any ladder during the service and had to use ours
3) he came with faulty equipment and had to use ours but then ended up spoiling it without informing us and just left until we found out 2 weeks later. Now we have to spend extra money to fix that now.
4) he spoilt my aircond flap during the service and it took him almost 2 weeks to come and get it fixed and when he came, the flap was clearly broken he said that it was supposed to be this way then left.
They don't have proper tools for checking. Like why can’t bring own ladder? Also, he opened one part then he just wanted to bring the unit to his shop coz he said he don’t know what’s wrong with the compressor. The other unit he barely touched but then I paid for 2 units even if he didn’t even checked it. Also, communication is bad. Doesn’t talk English.
