Very satisfied and pleased with SS Renovation Team for our Post Renovation Cleaning request.

Would highly recommend for below reasons:
- able to accommodate our last minute request
- very responsive
- cleaners arrived on time and early
- cleaners were thorough, helpful & receptive to feedback
- cleaners were nice and could communicate in English (not Malay though as they're not Malaysians)
- price is very affordable for Post Renovation Cleaning
- team could accommodate to extra equipment request

More detailed backstory:

We had to find an alternative cleaning service fast in less than 24 hours since the other service we booked just came back that the date we booked was unavailable. A lot of other websites required much advanced booking or had limited available time slots, so we were extremely grateful when the team responded to our request on Recommendmy so quickly and were able to accommodate our schedule and requests including request for additional equipment to be brought like vacuum & ladder since we don't have our own yet.

The cleaners arrived not only on time but were in fact 12 mins early, so you can expect reliable service & the team will be able to follow the timing requested closely if you have a tight schedule. Our cleaners finished super on time too.

Really appreciate how helpful and committed the cleaners are as well. They helped us throw multiple rounds of reno rubbish at G floor of our condo which took a longer walk to the refute bin too. And initially I was wary of the timing and asked them to skip cleaning our balcony & yard as they were quite dirty & messy still with just 1 hr left, but the cleaner herself said they can clear everything no worries and they did just that and more! No complaints at all from the cleaners whenever I asked to do or redo something.

Even my in laws were impressed at how thorough the cleaners were at cleaning the dirty spots and even used a scraper to chip away at any paint spots on the floor or other debris. And all this excellent service for such an affordable price too which we appreciate.

So yes do not hesitate to book with SS Renovation Team. Thanks again!
