I was happy and satisfied with the service the first time. However, the second time, I was quite upset and disappointed with the service provided.

The workers didn't arrive on time and didn't inform me of their expected arrival time. I had to wait for them until the evening. I was about to postpone the service, but when I wanted to go out, I saw they had already started working without informing me.

The workers were unable to understand the instructions properly.

There was no supervisor around to monitor their work. If a supervisor had been present, it would have been safer, and the workers could have performed better since the supervisor could have helped explain or translate the instructions to them.

Very good service, did the garden clearing work thoroughly and cleaned up well after.
