Asked to pay RM250 but instead charge RM150 in the app. The platform system is not good but subject to abuse. Need to improve your system. Or else I won’t use this platform in future. Need to learn from Grab or Uber. I might as well call the normal taxi.

Bad service, bad attitude, high cost. Cheating website, shows RM250, but charged me RM480, then explained that they bought parts, and will charge separately. Asked two times charges, never follow the policy. No efficient, wasting my whole day, but only did half an hour task. The labor cost is not RM80 only. They will charge as much as they can, then explain to you like the RM80 shows on the website is just an estimated cost. They didn't provide the receipt to you at all for those purchased parts, then cheated you like they don't have or throw away already. Will never use this cheating service again.
