This was my first time using Recommend.my, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.

I was overcharged by RM30, and even after more than two weeks, the issue is still unresolved. Neither the service provider nor the platform has taken responsibility or processed the promised refund.

As a customer, I shouldn’t have to spend my own time chasing both the merchant and the platform just to resolve a simple overpayment. It feels like every problem is left for the customer to handle.

Since no one is willing to take responsibility for the extra RM30, I’ll leave this 1-star review instead.

The service was not honest, not transparent, and not responsible. Paying RM215 for this cleaning service was definitely not worth the price or the level of service provided.
I will not be using this platform again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

appointment time was 10:00AM, they keep pushing me to change timing to 9:00AM for multiple times.

Fine then I'm ok with 9:30AM, but definitely not 9:00AM.

On the day of the service they still come at 9:00AM and rang my doorbell twice. Which is really really pushy and not what we had promised and too early for us.

I have ordered 2 cleaners x 3 Hours. But they came with 3 cleaners. In the end they say since came with 3 cleaners they will only do 2 HOURS.

I am deeply troubled, concerned and intimidated.

I had countless cleaning service before and this is the one that they can't even do simple task efficiently and I need to remind them multiple times of what basic cleaning needed.

Even forgetting to take out the trash, and left my guestroom downstairs uncleaned.

They are rushing to get out it seems. they left at 11.15AM which is definitely unprofessional.

They even did not put back all my stuff in the place it should be after cleaning, It's a total mess. It's like I'm paying myself to do the job.

I'm totally disappointed with the price that I had to pay.

Will never recommend their service again 0/5 star.
