This is the worst contractor I ever met in my life. A person who are late and end up did not turn up on the appointment. All sought of stupid reason given to me which is not acceptable!

They didn’t even contact me. Let alone “completed” the job? What? No one from their company contacted me. Please verify before accepting that they have completed the job.

Contractor is kind and patience especially sharing his knowledge in order to do cost saving in renovation. Highly recommended.

Daniel always goes out of his way to give his most personal services, even if it meant that he would have to travel quite far to meet my needs. He was cooperative with my ideas and I find that nothing was too strange or difficult for him to meet. He is able to source for the best and most fitting materials for my unique renovation style and even went on to recommend even more solutions that I did not foresee beforehand. I enjoyed getting to know his team and how he treats and trains them. I can safely say my months of planning vision has been realised, thanks to Shalom, and all within budget!

Daniel met us on a weekday despite it being a public holiday. He gave us a tour of his factory and a detailed explanation of the different materials and how the cabinets were manufactured. There were no glossy,flashy brochures but just some samples and pictures of his previous work. We appreciate all of that because we have had people come to us with countless brochures and lots of sales talk but nothing beyond.
Daniel has been punctual, straight-forward professional and easy to work with. We extremely appreciate that he is responsive, answering the phone when we call or quickly returning calls or messages. Communicating with him via phone was a breeze as he seemed to be very well-versed with our project. There was rarely any miscommunication, he understood the layout of our kitchen ( the piping, wiring locations) well and it helped us greatly whenever we called him. Errors happen, and working with a company that handles errors promptly and efficiently is really critical to us.
The pricing was excellent. The project was delivered well before the estimated time and his installation crew was just as professional. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up when they were finished.
In the end, we are happy with the outcome. Everything fit together nicely and evenly (workmanship was neat!) on the originally scheduled installation date. If you've ever done construction in your home, you know this is something to be celebrated! Thank you very much, Daniel and team :)
