Service was good and they managed to fixed my washing machine problem. Something that needs to improve is to respond to message in the RecommendMy App. I didn't receive any reply at all. Is the chat feature functioning? luckily they responded in WhatApp (even though it was quite slow). Please check your Chat feature in the App.
