We usually meet clients at site for first meeting, in that way we can analyze the site and can understand better of your requirements, then follow by a design quotation. If you agree to hire us we will take a 30% deposit, follow by progressive payment depends on the project duration. And if you decided to hire us as your renovation contractor, certain amount of design fees can be waived depends on the project value.
