The electrician is skillful but i reckon the price is higher than average.

changed my light. He only had circle shape downlight instead of square which is my existing light.

he modified the ceiling opening to fit the down light (which he asked me if it is ok and i agreed).

but in retrospect i should insist on square since the patching around the opening will be a slight problem everytime i have to replace the light later on.
