Apart from being on time, the other aspect of the service has not been satisfactory. I've engaged them for lighting installation.
Firstly, they did not understand my requirement which I've clearly stated in my order/ request. Upon arrival, the technicians appeared surprise to find that I require installation of 3 pendant lights and quickly asked for more money to cover the costs of additional installation work. My order/ request has clearly stated my requirements for installation of 3 pendant lights yet they insisted for more money to cover the costs. They claimed that the price quoted was not final and subject to change depending on the actual work. However this was not earlier communicated before I engage them. Moreover, the technician quickly point out the budget range I selected in my order request and demanded I pay up and that they are being reasonable. Really disappointed in the way they treat their customer. This is my first and my last.
Secondly, during installation, the technician appeared to have no knowledge of how to install the pendant lights which resulted in miscalculation when trimming off the cords. I offered them the assembly manual however my offer was not taken up. Moreover, to cover their lack of knowledge, they started commenting/ blaming that IKEA's products for having multiple parts and require assembly as opposed to easy plug and play. This is really poor and not professional. I've also noticed multiple times they struggle with the installation and still refused to refer to the manual. Witness first hand fake it till you install it.
Upon leaving, the technician started selling their other services and offer to provide lower prices if I contact him directly. Again, lack of professionalism.
All in all, I would not recommend them.

Not sure of the price but the contractor was very responsive. Was even willing to come one day early to settle my issue. Work was well done.
Bosses on leave over the festive cny period but workers were very good too. They went above and beyond to repair the fan. RF receiver was the problem and they went out to buy and fix a new one to solve the problem.
Very Friendly and good quality of service.
