I opted for the Dustbox & the services were good. Unfortunately, there was a leak and they had to come & check the aircon for the 2nd time. Overall, I would rate the services as satisfactory & would consider calling them again for the next maintenance.

They were pretty much on time, even after the technician called 15 minutes before hand to inform that they were stuck in a jam and might be a bit late.

The guys was on time and they even gave us a call half an hour before their arrival. Was totally professional on attending the service. Their technology of servicing gave new experience and yes the service is worth paid for. Their working space was well cleaned after the service. At the end of service, they provided us with service report and also shared some maintenance tips to keep our aircond running cool. Very professional and good at what they do and they were done in less than 2 hours per unit. Extra credits have to give to staffs attending the task that day - they are very patient & efficient. They were reasonably priced and didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need (unlike some other estimates). I very much recommend them not only because they do a great job, but also because they just do what they say at the price they say within the time frame they say, something that doesn't happen very often any more.

Thumbs up for this company as they encouraging cashless payment. They come on agreed time and they have very good workmanship. They clean up the place after cleaning my 5 unit air-cons. I will definitely hire them again.

They were punctual and clean up the area after servicing. They provided a report of their services done and status of air-cond unit after job was done. Service report indicated a list of checks done but have to give them a benefit of doubt. Price is reasonable and clearly states job scope and inclusive of GST
