Madam Chika, Thank you for your review on our services. Its been such a wonderful opportunity to learn about a rare foreigner like your good self and your unique way of thinking and being adamant and right about WRONG understanding/interpretation of a simple chart given by a largest company ( RECOMMEND), that is very disappointing. This review can destroy our 15 years of experience and the effort that we put in to gives the best to our customers but we will not give up!! Giving up is not my style of working. I fight for my rights and keep my workers protected all time because we belief in god strongly. First of all to all our valuable customers who reads her review please understand that out of 47 reviews she is the 2nd one trying to destroy us. Is that fair for us as a developing company? Please kindly print out the 3 Important Charts from Recommend before engaging us. The charts: 1) Scope of services ( the differences between General Cleaning, Chemical Cleaning and Overhaul Cleaning) 2) Pricing for all 3 Categories depending on Units. 3) Aircon Gas Top-up Pricing for R-22, R-410 and R-32. First 20PSI FREE per Unit. All the charts are available to all the customers who are interested in requesting for a services. End of the day what's stated there is the amount that you will be paying unless you top up gas or minor/major repair required , and all this can happen ONLY with your PERMISSION/APPROVAL because money comes out from your POCKET. Ask questions BEFOREHAND, CLARIFY the payable amount and get the receipt NO HARM ,get it CLEAR because its your MONEY. "but when I asked for some services that they recommended along the way" As a technician if you say too much of dust , dust are dropping out from the AIRCOND itself, obviously we will recommend for Chemical Cleaning instead of General Cleaning for a better cooling and clean AC.Is that what we are NOT supposed to do? Its very strange indeed for us because you said we insisted you to pay extra?? Clearly shows your understanding about the chart is too poor. Kindly to all the valuable customers if you don't understand the chart kindly call the customer service to get it clear before even accepting us because you all have options to reject us anytime when you find it we are not transparent. OPTIONS are YOURS !! "I ordered a lot of items," You have requested for 6Units General Cleaning ; After discussion , my technician recommended 3 Units for Chemical Cleaning due to the Critical Condition of your Aircond needed for a Chemical Services. The rest 3 Units remains as General Cleaning. Upon completion you insisted to pay RM585 and you have only paid RM585 to us!! THE REEL CALCULATION BY YOU : 1) In the chart clearly says 4 & Above Units for General Cleaning is RM80 2) In the chart clearly says 4 & Above Units for Chemical Cleaning is RM115 You pay US : (RM80* 3: RM 240.00) + (RM 115*3 : RM345 ) = RM585 The REAL CALCULATION ARE : 1) In the chart clearly says 2-3Units for General Cleaning is RM100 2) In the chart clearly says 2-3 Units for Chemical Cleaning is RM135 According to the above chart you are supposed to pay us : (RM100* 3: RM 300.00) + (RM 135*3 : RM405 ) = RM705 As a conclusions , we have LOST RM120 and we have closed the case because I'm tired explaining!! If you have doubts in the chart and the calculations please refer to Customer Service please. We are vendor , we accept the job we have guidelines and protocols to follow and to remain transparent to our customers and advice them. By all means anyone can reject us if they find us not genuine.
