Ms Kye, thank you for the review. Problem wasn't resolved??? My technician went to your house on 26th Feb to do 1 Unit General Servicing for RM120. After inspection , he told you that you AC condition is quiet bad.The Evaporator Coils build up with thick layer of dirt and dust.Dirt can couse your Coils to freeze. First Recommendation was to change the AC because repairing damaged AC coils is costly and the lifespan for Eveporator Coils would be 10 to 15 years if well taken care. Second Recommendation was to do a Chemical Cleaning to clear the dirt and the Aircond Jelly that accumulates in the system which consists of dust, moisture and bacteria.He did also mentioned that if you don't do the Chemical Cleaning than in a short time it will start leaking and a replacement is needed. The solution for the problem is in your hands..You have NOT AGREED FOR THE BOTH ADVICE and we can only do what is agreed by the customer. Thank you Mina
All 3 personnel was excellent, in the repair, in their detailed cleaning, and also their customer service.
Repeat service, recommended.
Serviced 2 aircons. Identified an issue, resolved it quickly and charged reasonably.

Mr Ong, thank you for the review. No Good! What and Which part of the services is NO GOOD ? Please be more specific so we as a company and future customers who reads your review can have better understanding. Firstly you have requested for 2 Units Chemical Service. Upon reaching you have said the price for 2 Units are expensive? RM270 is expensive? When the time you make the order you will be notified with the price which is not under VENDOR'S Control.The price list is given by RECOMMEND and we as Vendor just follow them. So you decided to change to 1 Unit and we respect that and we just started servicing 1 Unit which was a water leaking unit. 2nd Unit when we troubleshoot we have informed you that there was gas leakage in your compressor so need to do welding. You disagree with the price which was quoted according to the price list in the website. Sir let me tell you we have done our best and what is NOT GOOD according to you is the PRICE I guess so that case I'm helpless as I need to follow the protocol given to me by RECOMMEND .You may discuss with them directly.
