I would like to request a refund of the 1 hour, as the cleaning was not satisfactory and I requested the cleaner to work for only 1 hour. It has been agreed by the cleaning company.

Neutral / Debateable:
They came 2 hours earlier then agreeded upon, it was a good thing we were at home at that point of time. But otherwise, it was a timeslot that if they told us in advance, we wouldnt have agreeded to.

Pro:
As they came early, at it was a timeslot where my daughter was asleep, they accomodated by cleaning the rest of the house 1st and only attempting the bedroom last

Con:
The overall clean was average at best. they mop and sweep the floor yes. They did not clean underneath any floormats. When they did move large objects to clean the floor e.g the floor bed, it wasnt dusted properly, and it wasnt placed back when done, meaning when we did placed itback after, the dust and debris from the bed spilled to the floor making it dirty again. When they were done, there was a strong chlorine / cleaning solution smell.

Conclusion
All in all its ok. but in comparisson to the other vendors on the platform, slightly below average.

Booked for 12PM, compromise for 5PM. Ended up being 1 hour early than expected. Didn't do a good job cleaning as well, leaving some items and area not being properly cleaned. Not recommended for this vendo.
