1. The price should include the floor cleaning machine - don't bring and they are not doing it
2. The scope of work is deep cleaning which should cover
a. vacuum - don't bring and they are not doing it
b. chemical and cleaning detergent - I have to buy and provide them such as glass cleaner, and floor cleaner for wood finishes
c. They are only general workers. They are not competent knows how to do cleaning works as mentioned in the scope of works
d. I have to keep telling them how to do the cleaning
e. Single dry clothes to clean the entire house???!!
f. Claimed work completed, but I have to inspect again and again on their works
g. I have to re-clean the house because their non-complied method
Last but not least, I have bought them a water bottle as a courtesy. As a reward, they left it on my porch, which I have to collect and throw it myself!!!

They are entitled to only RM 150 as a general worker, not RM 620 as a deep cleaning work.

They are ok for basic cleaning. They had a so-called "deep cleaning" service but it wasn't particularly good, they just had a steam cleaner and normal vacuum. They are quite helpful though.

They are kind. Service are good. They clean everything without need to told.

Not bad , cleaners are flexible, can accommodate your request but one of the cleaners need extra instructions.Told them that their service can be improved.
