Great job but would be better if they have notify of slight delay as needed more time to do the job in view that the carpet had stubborn stain.
Praba was on time, knowledgeable about what was required and courteous. He did an excellent job (clean and steam king mattress) and had new good quality equipment. I will definitely ask him if I require any future professional cleaning and would highly recommend.
