Fast and responsive, fixed my three issue area (water wall bib for washing machine, kitchen sink and one loose socket) within 30 minutes.

However, the handyman changed the sink trap without informing me and checking with me if I am ok with the type of sink trap that they brought. The strainer doesn't fit well, the food waste still able to slip directly in to the sink trap.
