The guy was very professional. He cleaned it very well and efficiently. To be honest, the last time I hired this service from recommend.my. I had two people come to service but I prefer this company as this one guy cleaned it faster than the two people before and he definitely knows what he is doing. 10/10 would recommend .

An excellent service provided by the technician. Well explained on the issues and some functions in the air-condition. Thumbs up especially for the technician. The rest no comment.

Good service by the person .

They are not on time on the first appointment. Came later than the suggested time (9am-11am) and after the service they even took away my Norvex cloth in which I have to ask them to return. The leaking problem became very severe after the service. The second time is when they came to return the cloth and informed me that the part was broken and claimed it is not done by them. Took the model number to follow up with me but no news after a week.

Overall professional service and of good quality.

Service is good but unhappy with their punctuality. I booked for a 9-11am and the contractor informed me they will at 9am. Ends up only arriving at 10.15am.

Had to keep updating my tenant on the tardiness as I informed them the contractor will arrive at 9am.
