"Both my air cond have sound that was not supposed to. They said one of the air cond is normal to have that, the other one they found nothing and said there’s no problem with my air cond. Despite nothing was repaired and I’m still being charged rm160."
"It is too early to tell if the quality of the work is satisfactory, as the work has only just been completed. Perhaps it might a good idea not to request for feedback before the work has even started, as it is impossible to properly judge quality at this stage. As for my comments, the work done detected a clog in one of the air-conditioning units, and due to this, I was charged an extra RM50, which I was asked to pay in cash directly to the worker. It would have been nice if I was able to make this top-up payment via the website, as the whole point of my registering for the service is to avoid having to make cash payments. Aside from the above, the process was fine."
