On time Arrive on Thursday 6/7/2023 11am.

Check problem - Washing Machine cannot Rinse / Spin Cycle.

About 12pm he drove to pick up parts

Return about 115pm, showed me Panasonic original parts sealed and undamage.

About 2pm, problem solved -- Washing Machine able to Rinse / Spin many cycles of wash loads.

My experience with Ali begun a few hours after requesting for a service. He explained to me about inspection fee, labour fee and charges for parts if replacements are needed. Ali was on time and did his work properly and thoroughly. So far, the fridge and freezer is working better than before.
