How do I make a booking?
All booking is done through our website. Fill in your contact details and address, and describe the problem. We will then call you back to confirm your appointment.
How quickly can I get a confirmation?
For most locations in Klang Valley, you will get confirmation instantly. If it takes a bit longer, we will email you once your booking is confirmed.
Why should I get a home inspection?
Getting a home inspection helps protect your investment by uncovering hidden problems early. It allows you to request repairs from the developer within the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and avoid costly surprises later.
How long does a home inspection take?
Typically, an inspection for a landed property between 1500 to 3000 sqft takes around 2 to 3 hours. Larger properties or commercial units may take longer depending on their complexity.
Can you inspect high-rise condominiums?
Yes, we provide comprehensive inspections for condominiums and high-rise units as well. Our service includes checking internal systems, finishing, waterproofing, tiling and other areas.
