Any extra details or special requirements? (Optional)

According to my landlord this is an inverter type air cond, main section is outside on balcony, one wall unit in bedroom. Living room unit is vents built into the ceiling (not sure if this is considered ceiling / casette type - please advise if it is and adjust the price accordingly thank you). Not sure if air cond is faulty but there's a red light on remote control receiver unit. Please see photos for reference. Would be good if you are experienced in servicing Icon City units. Thank you.
