The air conditioner was installed about one and a half years ago. While using it, water started leaking as shown in the attached video. Also, the cooling performance seems to have become weaker. Since the unit is almost new, I am not sure whether gas refilling is necessary. However, if the weak cooling is related and gas refilling is required, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the cost of gas refilling in advance. Thank you.
