I would like to install plaster ceilings for both my living and dining area. Both areas are separated by a ceiling beam (refer to attachment). I would like to do a "drop ceiling" style for both areas, using the ceiling beam as a divider. Total sqf for both spaces is roughly 504sqf, detailed measurements are in the photo. For electrical, we would like to move the ceiling fans and also add additional lights, total 10 down lights, 2 pendant lights and if possible, LED tube lights for the parameter of the drop ceiling (will be provided). Please let me know any additional questions and we can take it from there. Thanks.
