Moving between offices in the Faculty. Move from office (1st floor - stairs) to the next building (2nd floor with elevator)

The office buildings are located beside each other. I need the movers to pack two shelves of books and deliver to the building beside. The room that I am located in is on the first floor (with no elevator). So will have to carry the boxes of books downstairs. The boxes then need to be delivered to the room in the next building, which has an elevator. No need to unpack and no fragile items.
