A personal trainer for 2-3 days a week. I currently do not have access to a gym but would like to use calestenics as a tool to reach my body goal by December 25th 2020. I'm a 35 yo male, 185cm and currently 90kg and target is 75kg. I play tennis 3 times a week for cardio and want to improve my fitness, core strength and create a balanced and strong body. I am open to gym and outdoor workouts and need help with planning a sustainable structure and motivation to not stop. I've lost 10kg 3 times in my life and the last 2 times I went to a bigger weight than I was at before the losing the weight, I've just lost 10kgs in the last 4 months and I want to lose 15kgs in 6 months now.
