Unit 27.3 A leak was discovered and fixed in October last year, but the flooring remains damaged (swollen and lifted boards). Photos and video are attached. Please quote for: * Identifying the flooring type * Checking/removing any wet or damaged underlay (if applicable) * Replacing only damaged boards where possible * Matching existing colour and refitting trim/skirting We need to fix this week.
