Hi there, i would like a quotation for 2 separate works: 1. Gully cap replacement (above master bathroom toilet) and subsequent damage to the plaster ceiling. It may need replacement or repainting 2. Skirting damage on walls in master bedroom. Just patch work will do, where possible. The important part is the gully cap, as it is getting worse and its urgent.
