Share as much details as you can for the vendor to give a good cost estimate.

Need to renovate + furnishing the condo to rent it out. The affected area could be around 1000 sq of the 1800 sf of the whole condo. I would need a single point of contact for all the jobs done in the condo with minimal physical of myself to be onside.

Not expecting to be a super fancy design. I want it to be attractive when you enter the condo especially to living room + the master bedroom.

I looking for a person that can assist me in getting everything done from designing to renovating to furnishing the condo.
