1 bedroom condominium, furnished with kitchen cabinet, hood & hob, built in wardrobe, fridge, washing machine, TV + TV console, sofa, queen bed.

I would like help to plan the space for
1. additional storage - for large cleaning tools like vaccum cleaner mop etc, linen,
2. an area for drying, ironing n folding clothes (no utility room, small yard)
3. also suggestions/recommendations for multifunctional furniture
4. space for wet kitchen if possible / or suggestions on how to improve ventilation in the kitchen

January or February will receive the keys. Can have site visit anytime after that
