It is currently just a rectangular empty unit. I would like something that is different from the others on the market (so I am open to creativity) as I would like to stand out. I would like a luxurious vibe but it will have to be sturdy as the unit will be rented out and renters may not be the most careful about the property.

Site visit: Not ready yet. But I would like to begin soon as I would like to purchase some basic stuff like TV during the 12/12 sale.

I will receive the house key in February next year.
