We are looking for an ID company to help to plan out the details ( we have some pictures ) and coordinate with multiple contractors ( including appointed kitchen furniture ( Vera kitchen of penang )). Also exploring a proposal if to include the design and build of platform in one of the high-ceiling bedroom.

The key handover should be done within next 4 weeks, Latest early Feb. It's a new house.

My husband and I are based at Penang. This property is at Ipoh. So, we are looking for a really reliable ID to take on the job.
