I plan to rent out entire units 958sq ft, with basic but necessary furnishings. Simple design with lots of storage space will do.

Living room - sofa, storage, coffee table
Master bedroom - full height wardrobe with functional storage space, study table
Second and third bedroom - quite small so need planning on spaces eg underbed storage or rack option.
Lights, 4 fans, double track curtain, 4 aircon.
Kitchen cabinet - double sinks, quartz top, full height kitchen with lights
