Ground level: new hard wood floor from sliding door to kitchen including room. No need dining table, replace with big island at dry kitchen area, preferably table top quartz. TV console on 1st floor only. Wall between dry and wet kitchen replace with 2 leaf barn doors. No upper cabinet both wet and dry kitchen. Wet Kitchen area with or without electrical appliances freestanding cooker, hood with cover (box cover until ceiling) , dishwasher,fridge, and place for washing machine/dryer. other small electrical appliances covered in cabinets with plug points. Pantry, farmhouse sink, lights and fan.

Dry kitchen with space for microwave, plug points, sink, island 4 seaters, mini fridge glass door.

Living room seating area sofa and storage. Day light curtain.

All lights energy saving white light (warm day light). Fans with remote. Aircond already installed.

1st floor family area with TV console and storage. Mini office space. Optional for deck for mini office and book shelf. seating area sofa.

Master bedroom boutique hotel style, king size bed without bedding and storage headboard. light control with dimmer and control from bedside table. Walk in closet with barn door. storage and seating bench next to window. light and fan.

Curtain with blocked light from outside.

Bedroom 1 with queen size murphy bed and storage. Room use for prayer and ironing. Mattress not included. light and fan.
