I actually have just gotten the keys for the new house. 688sqft unit.

Simplicity and functionality will be my goal. Main thing I would like to change is the flooring to matte natural color tiles, kitchen cabinet to maximize storage space.

I won’t be around next week, preferably to notify 2 days before if site visit is needed.
