Handover tentatively 1st quarter next year (2021). So I would like to prepare the design and cost estimation beforehand.

I would like to have the design and renovation for the unit. Especially for both bathroom and kitchen. Don't really like the standard design and basic furniture from the contractor actually.

Is that possible to improve the kitchen cabinets? Or remain? some suggestions/ideas would be good as well. But for bathroom definitely need to improve more.

My preference is minimalistic and modern contemporary.
