Probably scandinavian, or modern english with some ethnic influences. Mostly cooling theme & palette, with foliage, art, openness and functional for rent. There is a gaudy stairway that i feel taking up space and ugly you might have to remodel. The apartment is a duplex type. Empty, no fan or light fixtures, may have to remove badly sized fitted in wardrobe & kichen cabinet provided by developer, and add partitions or rooms.
