I would like to request a quotation for move-out cleaning at my former unit at Vogue Suites One, KL Eco City (59200 Kuala Lumpur). I am handing the unit back to the landlord on 20 October. Unit details: - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approx. 1,000 sq ft - Fully furnished unit: the landlord's furniture remains, but all my personal belongings have been removed Services required: 1. Move-out deep cleaning (kitchen including cabinets, both bathrooms, windows, ceiling fans, floors and all surfaces, plus wiping down the furniture inside and out, including wardrobes and drawers) 2. Chemical cleaning of 4 wall-mounted air-conditioner units 3. Mattress cleaning x 1 (Queen size) As I need to submit proof of cleaning to my agent, please confirm that you can provide: - An official receipt showing your company name and SSM registration number, the unit address and the date of service - A service report for the air-conditioner cleaning Could you please let me know the total price (with a breakdown for each service if possible), your available dates and the estimated duration of the work?
