Hi - I am the owner of a 5285 sq foot condo in The CapSquare Residences, Dang Wangi. It was new in 2007 and has been rented to the same tenants since then. They are moving in a couple of months time, and I think it would be a good idea to maybe redo the paint job. The flat is actually mainly in good condition so maybe there is not that much that needs to be repainted. As I am trying to keep the cost to a minimum , and the flat is a rental, I would like to have a quotation and discussion as to - 1. What areas really need to be repainted. 2. What paint is reasonably cheap, attractive and will last. (an off white paint would be preferable) 3. Estimated cost. I would like to organise a preliminary meeting sometime at the end of this month to see the project and get the quotation. The work will be done sometime in a couple of months when my tenants move out. Regards David Wright
