My house water tank area on rooftop is an open air concept, hence there is a lot of water to drain out when it rains heavily. The problem is that due to the external drain pipe into the bathroom for that area is clogged so water is dispersed slowly and it floods. Adding to this is the existing internal drain pipe leaks into the house and the walls and flooring area on the upstairs bedroom landing area gets flooded. I need the drain pipe to be unclogged and the water tank area has some plants that needs to be removed. Also any suggestion to make sure it does not happen again (this is secondary).
