To change 1 tap currently leaking water within the tap itself. Replacement tap is already available needs service to remove previous leaking tap and change to new one. Second is currently the water pressure is low, whole house is ok but only this particular water outlet is smaller. Would need some help to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Note: Currently this tap is also sort of connected to a water purifier system which at one time can only use one (either tap or water purifier, please kindly refer attached photo). Thus will need to do splitter so both side can be used simultaneously.
