The bathroom floor was wet near the basin area that leaked to the tile floor. Water is not gushing out but occasionally you can hear the drip. However when inspected underneath the basin, the wooden board has mold and rot damage and some spots underneath the board is wet. Also I took a picture where there maybe a hole where the sealant is now broken. Also the last picture there is a drip from the pink valve too.
