Main issue to address 1. Main pipe connecting to rooftop water tank leaking (see attached video) Prefer quotation first 2. Toilet flush tank can't installed properly & toilet not levelled causing leaking into toilet bowl. Suspect improper installation 3. Water heater power tripped and no longer functioning. Not sure if fuse problem or electrical problem because turning switch back on in fuse box did not fix the issue.
