I have 2 plumbing issues: Photo 1 There is water leak coming out from the pipe of the toilet. Upon an attempt to tighten it, we find out the pipe is quite old and torn. Probably needs to be replaced? Photo 2 This shower is around 1/2 years old. There is water coming out from the water source tube.
