Hi, pls ignore the budget as I am not sure what the cost is. I have 3 issues. 1) Tap in kitchen sink is not working. I turn the tap; no water. Might need to replace the tap. 2) The main tap in the bathroom cannot be switched off. 3) My toilet tank is cracked. Needs to be replaced.
