Home improvement for 1.5 story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living/dining hall, kitchen, and a storeroom. My budget is about RM100k.

The reno work includes mainly repairs and a small portion of structural changes eg. Change the location of the main entrance, extend the size of the bathroom plus add a connecting door to the bedroom. Change flooring as well and change kitchen cabinet and knock down existing built-in wardrobe in 2 bedrooms.

Actually can start anytime for the project but prefer to finish by year-end. My rough budget is not more than RM100K, for any site I prefer during Weekend. Can call me but please WhatsApp first to confirm timing because I'm always in meeting at work. Prefer to be called after 6 pm to ensure no disruption.
